Project overview: The project is the building of a new university town, which consists of more than 100 buildings, in the city of San Pedro, Cote d'Ivoire. The project is divided into four phases, with a total land area of 500,584.31m², a total building area of 205,071.33m². Among them, more than 40 buildings are planned for Phase I, with a building area of 54,250.29m².
